"I had been struggling for a while with lack of full mobility and some pain in my arm/shoulder and was unable to lift my left arm to a vertical position. By the end of my Amatsu session I was able to lift my left arm to almost vertical again and with a great deal more comfort.
Glenys explained the fascinating process as she gently worked and I was delighted to feel such a lovely sense of well-being and relaxation afterwards. An added bonus to regained mobility!
In the current Covid climate Glenys made me feel safe by using appropriate PPE and providing a very calm atmosphere."
