Influenced by my own personal experiences, my love of how the body moves and the effect our mind has on our overall health, I aim to teach classes that are relaxing, friendly, inclusive, challenging and include plenty of laughter.
My classes will help you understand the fundamentals of yoga postures, including working with the breath and relaxation. The balanced combination of holding the postures, moving mindfully with the breath and working on alignment will help improve stability, strength, core power and mobility which in turn will improve flexibility.
No previous experience of yoga is required. Variations (modifications and progressions) will be provided to suit needs of the participants.
Classes are held in Brandsby Village Hall (near Easingwold) each Wednesday at 3pm and 7pm.
£42 for each 6-week block of classes.
I am also available for 1-2-1 or workplace sessions. I have experience of teaching weekly classes to office based and manufacturing employees, team building events ( both in person and virtual events) seated yoga and meditation sessions plus Wellbeing events, as well as individual sessions by way of a gentle introduction help you on your yoga journey.
